Pale roller shades behind a curved sofa with uncovered upper glazing in a Richmond living room

Richmond · Roller shades

Soft daylight in a tall living room

The lower windows use pale roller fabric while the upper glazing remains uncovered. The treatment keeps a consistent colour around the sitting area without covering every pane in the double-height room.

Planning a similar room

For a similar room, compare daytime glare and evening privacy separately. Check the sun direction at the lower windows, then decide whether the upper glazing also needs shade. Fabric and control choices should follow those needs.

Matching zebra shades beside a fireplace and across a wider window in Delta

Delta · Zebra / dual shades

Different openings, one coordinated finish

Two slender windows flank the fireplace and a wider window sits alongside them. Matching zebra fabric repeats the horizontal pattern across these different proportions; the sheer bands are shown aligned in this photograph.

Planning a similar room

Compare the fabric in both band positions and in evening lighting. At a corner, measure the meeting point and check handles, mounting space and possible light gaps before choosing the cassette and roll direction.

Zebra shades across two levels of windows beside a glass staircase in Richmond

Richmond · Motorized zebra shades

Plan controls around the height of the room

Zebra shades follow the tall window arrangement beside a glass staircase. The repeated fabric bands connect the upper and lower openings in this motorized-shade project.

Planning a similar room

High windows make power access and grouping important parts of the specification. Decide which shades should move together and how they will be charged or powered. Somfy and TaHoma are options to discuss for a compatible system; this photograph does not establish the installed motor model or smart-home connection.

Sheer Vertical around a curved window wall behind a sofa in Vancouver
Vancouver · Sheer Vertical · From our project library

Vancouver · Sheer Vertical

A softer treatment around a curved window wall

This Sheer Vertical treatment combines vertical blinds with a sheer curtain layer. The pale finish follows the curved window wall behind the seating area. It belongs to the vertical-blinds collection and is distinct from Dream Curtains.

Planning a similar room

Measure the curve and plan the track, stacking space and access around furniture. Compare the actual sheer and vane samples for the light and privacy you need. If you prefer Dream Curtains, view that separate collection before choosing.
